Hertz Car Office Opening Hours

Question:
Is the Hertz car office in Rodez Airport open all day. I am in the process of booking a car but some information sources are telling me that the hertz car hire office is only open morning and evening. Our flight is early Thursday afternoon.

Generally speaking car hire desks are open for arriving flights. But sometimes the computer system isn’t up to date.
From what I can tell Hertz is open on Thursdays afternoons from 1:30 pm to 06:00 pm. But it looks like it is not possible to book on line because Hertz is closed! My only suggestions are to either wait (and hopefully the system with be updated) or try to call to make a reservation.
